The Rio di Cannaregio turns into a real water stage with a show that delights thousands of visitors each year, where floating structures transfer on water the theme of Carnevale.


The Grand Opening of Venice Carnival 2017 has been entrusted to the creative minds of Corona Events artist company, offering an impressive water show, directed by Roberto Corona: The vanity of the abyss, the Sea Queen resurfaces in Venice to be reflected in the moon.

Saturday, February 11th a show of aquatic images and music officially opened the Venice Carnival celebrating the beauty, the sea and the vanity with an original staging on Rio de Cannaregio.

The vanity and preciousness of the underwater world mysterious and colourful ritual to invade Cannaregio mix of Carnival, a centenary ceremony that celebrates life.

The sea creatures enchanted the audience with their beauty and their secrets jealously hidden.


A tribute to Moon,  accompanied a majestic Queen of the abyss with her Court of sea creatures.
